Recently Domenic has been teaching me how to make fresh pasta and can I just tell you how incredible this stuff is? Fresh pasta wins my vote hands down. Not only have we made homemade gnocchi, but linguini, lasagna and ravioli as well!
We made a TON of gnocchi at one point and have a couple of customers interested in buying it from us. Whether or not we will make much money is still in question, but the fact that we are learning to become more and more self sufficient in my opinion is much more valuable. And it tastes so stinkin' good!
